Prymak Referrals: Telemedicine Service

The Client

Prymak Referrals are specialist vets in surgical oncology and soft tissue surgery for cats and dogs. Right now, they’re building a new state-of-the-art centre in Camberley to operate out of – and we’re excited to be working on the IT infrastructure & marketing strategy for that. But, whilst that happens, they needed a way to be able to continue to serve their wonderful clients (both the furry kind & human).

The Problem

It was vital that the team at Prymak were able to provide a service to the community that gives them the opportunity to provide knowledge, and reassurance, to their customers – even if they couldn’t see the animals in person. So, we worked with them to devise a telemedicine service.

The Solution

We took Prymak’s existing website and developed onto it – integrating a new call back feature, information form, and adding Stripe integration linked to Xero – to facilitate easy payment.

The Next Step

It’s over to Alex, our PPC Specialist, to manage a paid Facebook advertising campaign – to increase site traffic and conversions over and above the organic reach.
