Highland Gunners Parade to Mark Name Change
Soldiers from 19th Regiment Royal Artillery, the Highland Gunners, are to take part in a parade to mark the changing of their name.
The Wiltshire-based troop is to become the Scottish Gunners as it will be the only Scottish Artillery Regiment left.
40 Regiment Royal Artillery, known as the Lowland Gunners, was recently rested as part of the Army’s restructuring process.
The parade will take place at Tidworth barracks on Salisbury Plain later this year
